Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

From our Director;

Our approach to diversity is simple: it’s about embracing everyone. Whatever their gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education or disability, we respect and value diverse life experiences and heritages and ensure that all voices are valued and heard. We’re also committed to modeling diversity and inclusion for the entire arts industry of the nonprofit sector, and to maintaining an inclusive environment with equitable treatment for all.

These principles of diversity, inclusion, and equal access apply to all aspects of Sirens Studio, across all categories of individuals.

Individuals should be able share in Sirens Studio’s experiences, free from biased or demeaning conduct or statements based on their personal characteristics.

Should anyone experience otherwise, you are asked to contact myself, directly.

Sincerely,

TerriAnne Gutierrez

Accessibility

Sirens Studio is committed to making building, programs, and services accessible to all audiences, however  accessibility  is somewhat limited for wheelchair users.

We do have wide front doors that will allow a wheelchair into the main theater space. But due to the age of the building our hallway into the back studio and offices is not wide enough for a wheelchair to pass through and our bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible.

Backyard - access to the back is from the side of the building over a packed down gravel path. There is a brick patio space and dirt with some grass.

Parking - we have a large parking lot with easy access to the front entrance.
